How a paid question works
- You send the question on the question form. The site tells you if it will be paid.
- We email you the payment details and how long the answer will take. Answers are written by Guruji himself, so the time depends on how many questions are waiting.
- Guruji answers the question once the payment has arrived.
- There are no other charges. The price above is the full price, GST included.
Cancellation and refunds
A paid question cannot be cancelled. You get a full refund if we don't answer it in the time we told you, or if we can't answer it. See the refund policy.
Payments are received by Invaya Systems (OPC) Private Limited, which runs Astro क्या है?, and come with a GST invoice.
