Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use astrokyahai.com or send a question through it. You accept them by ticking the box on the question form. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Astro क्या है? is a brand of Invaya Systems (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"), registered office H.No. 11.51, Baladia, Taluka Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat 370427, India, CIN U62011GJ2025OPC168809. Questions are answered by Guruji, an astrologer who works with us.

2. The service

• You send one question with your birth date, birth time and birth place on the question form. Guruji reads it with your birth chart (kundli) and writes an answer.
• The answer is sent by email to the address you gave. A follow-up question is a new question.
• Guruji answers every question himself and takes only a few a day, so answers can take time. For a paid question we tell you the expected time before you pay.

3. Price and payment

• A person's first question costs nothing.
• A later question from the same email address, or with the same birth details, costs ₹501, GST included. The form tells you when a question will be paid. See Pricing.
• We email you the payment details. Guruji answers a paid question after the payment arrives.
• A paid question cannot be cancelled. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

4. Who can use the service

• You must be 18 or older to send a question.
• You may send someone else's birth details only with their permission, or as the parent or guardian of a child.

5. Your part

• Give correct birth details. The answer depends on them, and we cannot check them.
• Give an email address you can read; the answer goes only there.
• Don't send abusive or unlawful content, or try to misuse or overload the site.

6. Astrology is guidance

• An answer is guidance based on astrology. It is not a guarantee of any event or result, and we don't promise that it will come true.
• It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For those, see a qualified professional, and in an emergency contact emergency services.
• If you are struggling with your mental health, you can call Tele-MANAS on 14416, free, at any time.
• Where Guruji suggests a remedy (upaay), it follows the classical texts. It is never a cure for an illness and never replaces treatment. We don't sell stones or other products.
• Decisions you make after reading an answer are your own.

7. Questions we may not answer

We may decline a question, for example one that asks about someone's death, a medical diagnosis, or anything unlawful. If you had paid for it, you get a full refund.

8. The answer and the site

The answer is for your personal use. The text, design and logo of the site belong to Invaya Systems (OPC) Private Limited; please don't copy them without asking.

9. Google Maps

The birth place search uses Google Maps features. Your use of it is also subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

10. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a question is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an answer, or for loss caused by events outside our control.

11. Complaints

Write to support@astrokyahai.com. Our grievance officer is named on the Contact page. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kachchh, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A question is governed by the terms in force when you sent it.
